The United States Embassy The American Citizen Services section in Bangkok is at the Hilton Arcadia Phuket Resort and Spa in Karon in the morning of 1 December 2011.
Consular staff will be available to provide following services until noon:
• Passport renewal applications
• Notarial services
• Embassy registration and/or address change for on-line information
• Absentee ballot application and voting abroad information
• Social Security, VA or other federal benefits questions
